You will find a confession: i really like dealing with Millennials.
As a Gen Xer, that puts myself at chances using more than a few other Gen Xers and seniors just who like to grumble about a lack of work ethic, poor grammar and/or feeling of entitlement they feel Millennials give the work environment.
